We are seeking a talented Senior Copywriter to join our creative team. Our agency prides itself on creating groundbreaking campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results for our clients. As a Senior Copywriter, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional copywriting skills and eventually grow into an Associate Creative Director role, shaping the creative direction of our F500 client base.


  • Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for advertising campaigns across various mediums, including digital, social media, video, and experiential marketing.
  • Write compelling and engaging copy that effectively communicates the client's message and resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and other team members to develop integrated and cohesive creative solutions.
  • Research to understand client industries, target markets, and competitor landscapes, ensuring copy aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Work closely with account managers to understand client briefs, requirements, and objectives, translating them into impactful creative concepts that achieve KPIs.
  • Present and articulate creative ideas and copy to clients, providing clear rationale and justifications for creative decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance creative output.
  • Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.


  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of proven experience as a copywriter in an advertising agency or similar creative environment, with a portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns across various media.
  • Exceptional writing skills, demonstrating versatility in adapting tone, style, and voice to suit different brands and target audiences.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to generate original ideas that push boundaries and differentiate our agency's work.
  • Deep understanding of advertising principles and techniques, including storytelling, brand positioning, and effective messaging strategies.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with art directors, designers, and other creative team members to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide persuasive rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a desire to grow into an Associate Creative Director role.

    *Pixel HQ is located in New York City, but we are a remote-first company. This means we only come into the office as needed, or as directed by your manager. Full-time employees are still expected to work from the city in which they are hired in order to report to their local office as needed.
